EXTREME BODY  WEIGHTED  WORKOUT - 7 Steps
All these Exercises are Weighted

1. Squats (x15)
2. Pull ups (x15)
3. Dips (x15)
4. Dead Lifts (x15)
5. Tuck Planche Hold (MAX)
6. Korean Dips (x15)
7. Tricep Extensions (MAX)

Repeat this sequence 3 times to complete.

This workout routine is designed by adding weights to calisthenic exercises. This will help build strength and increase repetitions.
